Our client a private sector bank in South East Asia had the ambition to be in the Top 5 banks in the country with a strong focus on the SME segment to drive growth. Arete was hired to build the Business Strategy till 2015 to enable the bank's Transformation.

Based on the business strategy and current capabilities, a Business Case covering P&L and Financial impact along with high level estimate of investment required to achieve the business ambition was finalized with relevant stakeholders.
